Wrong cake from dq

I ordered online a birthday cake for my daughter. They calle to confirm the order and design but when I get there it looks nothing like what I wanted. The cashier argues with me even though I show her my confirmation order with the picture of what is was supposed to look like. She says well what's wrong with this cake, Um it's not what I ordered so she then tells me that next time I should come to the dq an order so I know what I'm getting ( rude) I mean why have a online site if you can't use it and what happened to the customer is always right.
