Example: cake never ready as promised
I have in the last 2 years used this dairy queen location to order a cake. When I picked up my cake the first time two years ago, it wasn't r ready as promised. I was told to wait a few mins until the cake decorator to arrive. After a half hour, the cake decorator never arrived. Th unkempt cashier decided he would decorate it. The word were mispelled and it looked horrible. I was embarrassed to serve it. I thought I would try it again last week and was going this was an isolated incident. Well, when I went to pick up my two sons birthday cakes at the promised time, they were not ready.they write not frosted or decorated.again the; decorator/manager" was not there and not answering his phone. 2 hours after the bday started, dairy queen called to say my cake was ready. To late,! I had to run around and find a cake at the mid night hour. Never again will I go here. Awful customer service!
