Employees Licking Fingers while at The Cone dispensing Machines - Dairy Cones

My wife and I went to Dairy Quenn located on Parker Avenue in Marine City,Mi and on That evening two employees was licking their fingers and they did not take any precautions or courtesy to wash hands and start over is this your policy that employees do this and if so what will Dairy Queen do ?
When we seen that we left and felt this was very unhealthy and very wrong for employees to do this and very unhealthy. .
We Love Dairy Queen and this I felt this Company needed to know something and was wondering if Dairy Queen will make this right for us in some way.
