Service - service

This place is in need of some management. We will not go back here again since the last 3 times we have gone thru the drive thru the wait time has been anywhere from 5 to 20 minute. The last time we just drove up to the window and it took 20 minutes to get 2 small dipped cones and a milk shake. There wasn't but 1 cars parked in front and 1 truck ahead of us at one time. There is no excuse for this type of sorry service!
