Terrible customer service
Me and my husband love to go to DQ only the one in Greenville TX is terrible! This is the straw that broke the camels back today..
We order our meals and mine comes out wrong so they take it back to redo it and bring it back wrong again, only by this time my husband has already finished his meal. I ask the worker to just bring me a slice of cheese to our table and he asks for a receipt, he then tells me I have to pay for cheese that it didn't come with it. I go talk to the manager and she insists that I swipe my card again to pay for cheese because they have to charge me. I argued the first one came with cheese and she declined saying she pulled it out of trash. I explained how rediculous I thought this was and she didn't seem to care so I gave her my entire meal back and also a blizzard that I paid for and didn't even receive, told her to keep it that's fine. Not to mention we had to clean our own tables and chairs off with no napkins because they don't sit them out, they give you one napkin per meal. The month before this we bought blizzards and mine was basically a choc shake pouring all inside the car! Bad DQ!
