Dairy Queen Complaint

Dairy Queen - Hope, B. C. - $6.00 MEAL DEAL
The establishment was very busy when we went about 1:00 p.m. here was a big line up, but only one cashier, even though there were plenty of other workers. When we ordered a couple of 6 Meal Deals, we were given a snub, when we asked to get our sundae after we finished our meal. The cashier indicated that they were busy and we should take our sundaes at the same time as our meals otherwise we may have to wait a while later on. We said that we would wait.
This establishment did not have a pop fountain where we could go back and get a bit more pop if we wished, ( not like other DQ's we have been at.)
This establishment did not have their ketchup, salt, pepper etc. plus napkins at each table or booth like other DQ's we have.
Obviously, in order to save money, all the above did not meet my or other's approval who had lunch the that day.
In order to save a bit of money, what the owner's did as noted above, lost me as a repeat customer and several others who were also there that day. It's a shame, and I think that the person who was the cashier, appeared to be a owner.
