Chicken garden salad and noise - Garden chicken salad and restaurant atmosphere (blasting music)

I took my autistic son to Dairy Queen in new Minas, NS Sunday afternoon. First walking in, the loud volume of the music playing was more suited to a teen dance than a family restaurant. I mentioned this to the counter staff, and was ignored. I had planned to sit in and eat but could not with the inappropriately blasting music. I saw on the picture menu a nice looking chicken garden salad with a nice portion of grilled chicken. The sign did not indicate grilled or crispy. While waiting I noticed crispy chicken being sliced and put on salad. I told her I did not want crispy. She said I had to ask if I wanted grilled. I said well please don't put grilled on the second one. Well, we took the salads home and mine had a hacked up crispy chicken instead of the nice chicken piece pictured, my son's salad honestly did not have enough chicken to fill a tablespoon, so I gave him half of mine. I cannot believe this and will not go back.
