Lengthy wait time - Homestyle Burger with small fries
Just got back from lunch, had an hour, thought I would sit back inside Dairy Queen , relax, just to get away from the hustle of the office. I placed my order at 11:41 am. At 12:07, 25 minutes later, I decided I should check on my order, which I had not received. I asked them to change it to a To Go order. Not only was I un able to relax, I was highly aggravated at the time it took to fill my order. There was another couple there who had been waiting over 30 minutes. Not only this, but also, I ordered the new Brownie Batter Blizzard of the month, they had no brownie batter, it was made the first time and it was a creamy white as snow. I asked if any chocolate had been added, the young man threw it away made it a second time. It never did look like the photo. This store needs organization, or it needs totally all new employees.. Just saying, ruined my lunch break. I will never go back even though it is walking distance from my office.
