Do not get what you pay for - Dairy Queen customer service

I have always had problems with buying sundaes from the DQ in Richmond, BC & No 3 Rd & Francis. Usually when you buy a large sundae, you get a medium sundae. There are two incident where I was giving a small size which really bothers me. The manager knows but nothing changes. Rarely do you get what you paid for. The staff doesn't seem to apologize or care if the size is too small. They don't weight the sundaes. You don't get what you paid for! Ripping you off.
