Sadly dissapointed - quality and service
First I would like to say I have NEVER wrote in to a company before. I was so dissapointed and upset after I got home that I had to take the time to write in. I went to the drive through at location less than 6 blocks from my house. I ordered a Shrimp combo and a blizzard and a friench frie. When we got home which took less than a minute. My shrimp looked like a bunch of crumbs at the end of the frozen bag of shrimp it could fit in the palm of my hand and was not edible. The fries were ice cold and you could tell had been sitting away they could not even hold there shape and were just limp. I tried to re-heat and were so gross. At drive-thru I asked if could put tarter sauce in bag. She assured me that is was in bag. Nope just a little thing of cocktail sauce. I ordered my daughter a french frie and she couldnt eat that either it was so cold and grease soaked. So for my total of almost $14.00 we got a small blizzard that was only thing we could consume. I would of drove back but it was now 8:30 and we were tired and upset. So why I took more time and felt I really needed to address how beyond exceptable that experience was. At this point I would go to Mcdonalds (which I cannot stand or eat) just to get a blizzard than spend money at any DQ after this experience. I will find it hard to not discourage any friends or media friends to not frequent a DQ again if I dont at least get a acknowlegement from this email . Have always been a DQ fan up to this point.. Thank you
